Add a code for each rotation period. During check-in, staff can copy or send the correct code directly from the booking details panel. Codes rotate every 15 days — add the next code before the current one expires.

New bookings are inserted. Existing bookings (same ID + platform) are always overwritten with the latest uploaded data — so re-uploading a CSV after a date or amount change will update the record. No duplicate rows are ever created.
